Website now on .gov domain

{expires 2025-12-24}
The NY Governor has dictated that all municipal websites change to use the .GOV domain. Our website formerly used the .NET domain (macedontown.net).
This switch occurred on Thanksgiving, and now visitors to macedontown.net are automatically redirected to this .gov site.
When this happens, please update any bookmarks you have.
This new .gov site isn't substantially different from the old site, but some appearances have been improved, and it responds better on mobile devices. There are some new pages which are still "under construction", but this switchover will force us to address those pages sooner rather than later.
Enjoy, and please send any feedback you may have to the webmaster, at webm@macedontown.gov
Note that email addresses for town employees will also be changing, in early 2026.
