PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Macedon on September 10, 2026, at 7:10 p.m. at the Macedon Town Hall, 32 West Main Street, Macedon, New York to hear and consider comments from the public in regard to the Local Law #1 – 2026 Flood Damage Prevention.

Copies of the entire proposed Flood Damage Prevention Plan will be available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.

LOCAL LAW NO. 2 (2026)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Macedon on the 10th day of September, 2026 at 7:20 p.m. at the Macedon Town Hall, 32 West Main Street, Macedon, New York to hear and consider comments from the public in regard to:

Local Law No. 2 - 2026 Authorizes the Town Board of the Town of Macedon to adopt a budget for the fiscal year 2027 that requires a real property tax levy in excess of the limit specified in General Municipal Law, §3-c.

Copies of the entire proposed Local Law No. 2-2026 are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
