The Town of Macedon is undergoing a re-valuation of all properties in 2026.

The last one was in 2022.

The average increase in assessed value is quite high, and this has led to many comments from the public that deserve a response. While the Town Board has no influence on the valuations, we have put together a set of slides to help the public understand some things about a re-valuation.
